PUBG Mobile has been getting a new updates lately, especially since the launch of its 0.16.0 update. PUBG Mobile 0.16.0 update came with a number of new features including snowy terrain in Erangel, a TPP to FPP switch, and an all-new mode, RageGear. And now a new video gave some suggestions that PUBG will soon be adding drones to PUBG just like the ones in Call of Duty Mobile.

The video was shared by a YouTuber where the gameplay footage was revealed includes the upcoming PUBG Mobile update which bring along with it drones, as reported by News18. However, these drones are not as the same as the drones in Call Of Duty mobile. In case of PUBG Mobile, the drones would be used as a spying tool which allows you to see the enimies without moving from our position and not a “mobile hunting machine”. This is great tool since you’d be able to properly scout an area before making a move.

In Call Of Duty, users can throw the killer drone to kill the enemy if he is near you. No information has been released around whether these drones would be a part of the arsenal or if it’s something that would be used primarily as a spying tool. It’s also unknown currently as we don't have information about what would be the range of these drones. It is also to be noted that a lot of features of Call of Duty are making its way to PUBG Mobile.

PUBG Mobile also released details about the surrounding what to expect in its new Snowy Erangel Map. The new additions includes snow-covered mountains, special crates, frozen eggs, playable spawn island, special winter festive area, and cable car.

As far as the drones feature is concerned, we can only wait to find if the drones would be a new and handy addition to the game or not.
